Really cravin' for salads these past few weeks! But no chance on getting it soon.. :(
But worry not dear friend! We can make our own salad! Yeeeeyyyyy....
Now here's what you'll need:
Carbs: Potato, pasta, plain croissant, garlic bread.
Protein: Chicken, eggs (boiled, scrambled, sunny side up, up to you)
Veggies: Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, avocado (its fruit you silly)
- Lemon juice : Sugar = 3:1 (stir well)
- Lemon zest
- Choose any of those carbs, proteins, and veggies cut them into bite size, put it on a plate
- Add mayo and lemon juice as you like.
- Add ketchup if you want and sprinkle the lemon zest.
The lemon zest really gives a very fresh smell to the salad!
Sooo easy right?? Right??
